Main Points from Latest PR.
Name change to Element 79, Inc - this will give a new lease of life to a stock which some haven't come back to yet after they panicked and sold for a loss when it was shorted down from .0145 in 3Q 2014.
Ticker change - always good for a run.
Plans to acquire companies in the legal mj and medical mj sectors - both nationally and internationally.
Already in acquisition and joint venture talks with candidates in CA and Uruguay.
2017 to be a year of acquisitions - a/s increased accordingly [but only to amount that is similar to many other OTC stocks that run up to the .01>.05 range].
The name and ticker changes were particularly good additional items of unexpected news.
No mention of the Nirvana energy drink launch yet - probably because the website isn't up yet - or of the new record date for $INCC shareholders getting SJR shares after SJR goes public. So those are further future catalysts in the 2017 PR campaign.
The CEO is at last starting to deliver these PRs on time - albeit the timing could be better !
