VNDM is a known dilution broker dealer as the brokers that primarily use them are Scottsdale Capital and Alpine, there are just a few brokers that will accept these securities for deposit anymore, and that's with certain restrictions. Thus making it easy to spot on L2 when VNDM is dumping shares by the boat load.
There is absolutely noway TPAC MRVB purchased 350 million shares at .0006 and the PPS didnt climb. Im sorry but its just not possible.
SI supposedly owns 330 million at .0005 and TPAC MRVB 350 million at .0006 TPAC only had 880 million total volume including the T-Trades. If these shares would have been purchased on the open market the PPS would have increased dramatically but it did not. Those shares had to be issued to SI and MRVB.
