I think it will be a great year.
Happy New Year to all that have steadfastly held their position. The importance is to deliver a "Quality Product". I would hope that QMC has been working on their "ISO Certifications" to match that of businesses that have achieved "ISO Certification". The last thing you want to do , is to loose your ISO status once achieved.
IMHO, the "Preferred Shares" via the proxy was nothing short of an attempt by some to take over "QMC". It is through "Organic Growth" with a superior product that will propel this company.
My thoughts were that QMC had News worthy information to change the direction to nothing but positive growth but was holding it back until after the "Proxy Vote" at the annual meeting, achieving their desired outcome.
I think it's safe to say, the Preferred Share Proposal will be off the table, now Mr. Squires has returned. and we are on the way to a great success.
