Although I think we will probably be ok with all this, I'm still in-the-dark on this for the mostpart. My impression was that Sri was brought in for obvious reasons...name recognition, business savvy & connections. Carlson seemed to be mostly oriented toward uplisting functions. The way things stand at the moment, with SS back in as [Interim] CEO, 'uplisting' is apparently either on-hold or off-the-table as of this date. To uplist, the BOD is required to be 'independent' (as I understand it) and with SS back in charge, it doesn't look like that's still a priority....at least not until they find & appoint a new 'permanent' CEO, if that's the plan.
The severance terms are also a curiosity.The seemingly generous stock-vesting package awarded to Carlson & Sri are enviable & the added salary & insurance package awarded to Sri is notable (for a small company) as well. Leads me to suspect he (&/or they) had to be paid to leave so SS could regain control......I suppose it could have just been some sort of friendly/respectable parting package (for whatever reason)...but I doubt that.
Just thinking out-loud, may me no-mind .
p.s.----if we are in-fact back on a path to 'organic' growth & all the R/S & preferred's talk is now off-the-table, as I suspect might be the case...I'll be looking at removing my standing GTC Sell order altogether. Just have to see how things pan-out over the next month or two, after the revised company biz-plan is revealed.
