IR missed year end goal by 2000% and refused to address reasons for missing let alone missing by 20x. Throughout- encouraging shareholders to buy while mocking them for buying too high.
Instead of wanting real answers on why the miss and why they were standing behind PPS target as late as they did, posters on here attack those looking for those answers as "bashers."
$TPAC leaves shareholders in 2016 with $109K uncollected revenues, no guidance on 4Q16, maxed out AS which was just raised to unlimited, PPS at multi year lows (with 2-3x higher OS ), a full year of insults from IR about how stupid we are, and yet they want us to "trust them" (the company?) that they have our best interests at heart.
I do not see how it is feasible that MRVB bought back 350MM. There are strict rules on the amount of shares a company can buy back per day (based on 30 day moving average) and they can not trade 30 min befote or after market opens/closes to prevent manipulation. The rough math simply doesnt add up (% able to be purchased in time frame relative to DAV) - especially when a month ago or so it was stated buyback hadnt begun (Twitter I think? Would have to check my notes. There was a disconnect that several of us brought up when they came back 2 weeks later and said/alluded that it HAD begun but didnt answer questions via email on clarification). Now, the shares could have been moved into MRVB from the "treasury" but to what avail? Once again, a major disconnect. Could be a simple explanation. If so - company should address how/when the 350MM were acquired by MRVB. Clearly IR follows this board.
Im disappointed Bill hasn't committed to doing a CC with investors to work through these issues and disconnects and speak directly about the manufacturing side.

As far as MUSE goes, this company has done a complete 180 since they've been on board. And since Bill follows TPACMUSE on Twitter, he is quite aware of everything that is said and done. MUSE is THE only reason this stock has potential now. But, don't take my word for it, C it live! "
How should Bill McKay feel about the though above that he has nothing to do with future success of the company...? How arrogant is it for IR/poster to publicly state that they saved the company and that Bill is insignificant in the future?
Hopefully 2017 gives shareholders real results instead of just more unlimited potential. PPS and volume are the ONLY metric that matters when it comes to outside investors. If they cant get a return or cant get out while protecting a return - everything else is just potential.
