Has anyone been reading all the post on this board for the last several weeks? They put out a proxy and not too many of us are happy with the draft. Maybe, like, DD said, the resignation is related to that?
We as a group have 1/3 of the shares. Carson, Posner, and Squires have about about another 1/3. It could very well be related to bad choices by the board with respect to the reverse split, authorized shares, and preferred shares?
