creditors now usually will take peanuts, just to get some money
back. They already have made over 100% interest on their initial
loan, which is what HJOE is contesting-extortion.
I really think HJOE has a case and the stalling by KBM proves it. They were hoping either HJOE would die or cave in- neither happened. (KBM is not used to a company going on without
their money, so this should get interesting.)
I actually think HJOE has a very good case and a very good chance at harming and making KBM pay them. The MB attacks, the SEC
situation, the stalling, all have me seeing a positive ending.
I believe you are correct and that was my point- that others would
have piled on the lawsuit, had there been any additional loan sharks
out there,
