The best way to defeat the shorts is to have more demand from buyers. Right now, there's not enough interest here to offset dilution and shorts. Add a depressed stock (PPS) , market (OTC) and cash position (CTIX) and it's easy to see why the price is a terrible 1.15... The hope now is a P partnership to rid themselves of Aspire funding.
