Even if they have them and they do, the KBM outcome will take care of anything moving forward. I don't think it will be anything landmark, but should KBM be awarded cash without shares, which they can't get anyway at this time, it'll make it that much easier for HJOE to pay the rest in cash. Should HJOE win out and get damages, which they may, I believe any other lenders will rush to the exits as quickly as possible to avoid litigation. Just my opinion, but how KBM falls will give us our clues as to when or if they return to trading.
