Look in the FINs and you will see more than a few con-
vertible issues, convertible at a DOLLAR AMOUNT, that
will lead to the issuance of new shares to the preferred
holders of the convertible issues.
Potentially BILLIONS and BILLIONS of shares will be
issued at current prices, leading to a 99% reduction in
Common Shareholder equity.
The math on this is simple to check
The reality is that the creators of the convertible prefer-
reds placed this booby-trap in the Share Structure to
STEAL the equity from Common Shareholders once the
company got going.
