Exercise of warrants has been registered in December 2016 and resulted in Fingerprint Cards' share capital has increased by SEK 33 040 whereby it amounted to SEK 12,940,867 at end of December 2016.
The number of shares has risen by 826,000 Class B shares, whereby the number of Class B shares subsequently amounts to 317,521,675 while the number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 6,000,000. The total number of shares amounts to 323,521,675 shares. The total number of shares thereby corresponds to 377,521,675 voting rights.
The exercise price for the shares was SEK 18.03 and 14,892,780 was added to Equity. An Extraordinary General Meeting on November 6th, 2013 resolved to approve the warrants program.
