Hello Coffee Waveriders
Today the Company also announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Global Development Systems, Inc. (GDS) to set up joint ventures in India and Indonesia to deploy the GDS Energy System for power generation in these countries. The GDS Energy System is a closed-loop energy production system that uses the combination of natural waves and magnetism to generate a very efficient wave regime in a controlled environment and converts the wave action to produce power. For more information about GDS, please visit: http://www.gdsystems.net/
In addition, the Company intends to acquire a minority interest in GDS and has signed a Letter of Intent to initially acquire a 30% stake in Song Giang Hydropower JSC which develops Song Giang 2, a 37MW hydropower plant in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. This plant is expected to start operation in the second quarter of 2013. The Company will continue to provide updates on these agreements in the near future.
Also to add too the great news today is Henry's interview with the Wall Street Reporter Monday at 1 p.m.. I have provided the links below for the Radio show Mon day's interview on PHIL PHI Group Interview @ Wall Street Reporter.
Info about Global Development Systems:
Global Development Systems, Inc.
Global Development Systems, Inc., (“GDS”) a Texas corporation, provides a renewable clean energy system so revolutionary and unique that not only does it produce unlimited, clean energy, but it also boasts a breakthrough design that allows for land-based and ocean operation, is cost effective against any fossil fuel alternatives and can operate 24/7, making it the first baseload renewable energy system in the world.
The GDS system is revolutionary in design, yet completely natural. It is a green, renewable energy that harnesses two of the universe’s greatest forces, “Gravity and Magnetism.” Its applications are multifunctional, as it can generate baseload” electricity, desalinate saltwater, and pump liquids for water distribution, only to name a few. More important, all of this can be achieved in an eco-friendly manner at a cost that is less than fossil fuel alternatives in a power footprint comparable to an existing coal-fired power plant.
Some of the benefits of the GDS system include:
1) Unrestrictive : It can be installed virtually anywhere without constraint, as long as there is a liquid (fresh water, salt water, oil, etc.) readily available.
2 ) Distributed power : It is able to generate power locally that is scalable from 3MW to 5GW power systems.
3) Multiple applications : It is able to integrate multiple applications such as power generation, desalination, and/or water distribution simultaneously, or separately.
4) Economically competitive : It is economical and cost-competitive when compared to other existing alternatives such as coal, natural gas, solar, wind, etc.
5) Eco-friendly : It does not consume any fuels such as oil, natural gas or coal or use any hazardous materials to build or operate the system.
6 ) Simplicity : It is extremely simple to operate and maintain with a life expectancy of over 60 years!
7) Flexibility : It is able to use existing bodies of water (i.e. cooling ponds, rock quarries, waste water ponds, etc.) or custom-built “energy pools.”
8) Footprint : The power density per acre is on par with coal, natural gas and oil alternatives.
This breakthrough technology is uniquely positioned to change the electricity and water industries for years to come.
