It is also NOT a private company, yes they went dark but this doesn't make them a private company. You can't just delist and think your a private company, imagine if you could, companies would do it all the time.
Shareholders still have rights, my bet is still on them holding true or I would be doing much more. The minute I see management get some type of bonus or "reward" without going public first the mood may change.
I think it will take some time but still have every intent to hold true. This will be a home run in the end for those here. Can't wait to see what happens in Jan.
