Looks like PUMP forming today!! Longs are buying to push the price upward, before the SEC orders come out on GDSI and old CEO Sully. Loppert was charged with, "aiding and abetting Global Digital’s violations of Section 17(a)(2) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) and 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 10b-5(b), 12b-20, 13a-1, and 13a-11 thereunder." Next comes the more harsher orders on GDSI and Sullivan for their numerous violations of the SEC rules.
