I sure do get your point.  And the mixed "informal" messages only add to the confusion and frustration, IMO.  Like the alleged December ore sales and buyer handling of shipping.  To say there's an NDA, yet PR Bao's potential interest in a concentration camp is not adding up.  Bao is either playing close to the vest of is simply stating the true extent of thei interests... period.
