But...I think this factor still comes into play right now....

I'm guessing they want to time things for when they have significantly more 4K/HDR content to entice the consumer and have the infrastructure in place to handle it. Takes time to set this stuff up as well as negotiate content contracts and such....
From that point, that's where the real building process begins as well as the start to maintaining a sustainable share price that reflects the true value of the company IMO.
