If pps goes down more iTalk could file ch11 too so that Powerup Lending can't take over the company via court ordered conversion. That would serve the bastards right for driving the price down unless they have a billion short shares. Either way Kurt and Seth Kramer of Powerup win it looks like they win either way. If they take over iTalk they drive the shares down. The only hope is if longs can fight the downward sells at the close. Even if iTalk files ch.11 Kramer's short share don't need to be covered. Kramer must be in league with NITE on this
