The sheer lack of respect to the people who have financed a portion of their operations is disgusting. Fortunately, I invested an amount I could afford to lose, which I mostly have, but I think they dont even realize the opportunity cost associated with their lack of respect and communication. With the right details and communication from the company, I would have invested much more by now, and I feel that I am not alone.
