So basically grisaffi just got rich as fuck selling his preferred shares correct? Just curious. What's is the par value of his shares?

Can someone who knows what they are talking about explain Barney style this whole thing... because my understanding is he just is selling the company to a chick
Who does a bunch of bussiness in China.. am I half way right? We still have to sell
Tons of product to make net profits. I mean I guess I'm assuming this is all
Good, but who really knows until profits start being made. Still could take a few more years.
