Re: CountryMac #16748
come on CountryMac: "Please keep posts relevant to $TPAC and not individual posters". This is in response to MaryJ5555 posting: "Mag1 is to Biased to be a moderator here. That's already been established."

every other post Mag posts he is slamming me - the latest one just a few posts before your admonishment:

"Reverse splits does not require TPAC to have the actual certificates, Buy Backs to de authorizes does. If you dont know read your AFS E-list. This is how A.R.C knows who has shares and who dont, who is telling tales about being a big investor and who is telling the truth.

Come on Now....Mr....thesmalls....Take One for the Team....Relieve Your Pain..."

if you are going to single out MaryJ - at least say the same for one of the biggest violators of personal attacks.

as far as Series C details recently posted:

"Series C Preferred Shares subscription seems pretty easy to understand. For those that got a package see Exhibit B of the promissory note. That seems to explain it the best. Each share has a stated value of $500 and TPAC SH must purchase a minimum of $1,500, or 3 shares. If you redeem the shares after 6 months you get your money back plus 25%. After 12 months you get your money back plus 50%. After 18 months you get double your money back. These are excellent returns. Based on the hype from TPAC about the MRVB it seems like they expect to make more than these types of return; therefore, I can only assume they will keep the excess as revenue. TPAC benefits and the shareholder benefits. The money must be wired directly to TPAC, and they will use all funds received directly in the MRVB.

The only decision TPAC SH need to make is: Is it better to invest in the Series C Preferred Shares or simply buy more TPAC common shares at these low prices? That is an individual decision."

how can they guarantee those numbers? i agree with BigSteve - these are Ponziesque in all sense of the words. There may be some intimate details not posted on HOW they will achieve those returns and/or how they will guarantee but those type of returns are even posted as a major warning/red flag on the SEC site. i will wait until i get details but on the surface - those numbers have to be regarded as highly suspect. if legit - those would be no brainer numbers.

as far as who is an investor: "This is how A.R.C knows who has shares and who dont, who is telling tales about being a big investor and who is telling the truth. " Bill is aware of how many shares I have. if he shared that with IR - so be it. either way - it is a known entity that i am a shareholder and well into the 10s of millions of shares. as of yet - no one on this board has yet to show proof of where i claimed to own 56MM. i dont. i have never said how many i do own and will not. i have only provided ranges. the total is not significant relative to the general size, length of holding, and expected timeframe to hold. the rest of the responses are nothing but red herrings to get away from the actual topics on this board.

if anyone else can share details of the terms - it would be appreciated.
