TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Sep 7, 2016) - Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announces it has produced the first initial production run of SLAM INFUSINATION, RTD (ready-to-drink) drinks.
CEO Joseph Francella said, "This is a day for us all to be proud of. We have production of our flagship product SLAM INFUSINATION RTD DRINKS."
The initial order was for 12,000 units of each product. The first completed production run was Cojak (a blend of alcohol with cola and whiskey flavors). The second run, Haymaker (a blend of alcohol with lemon and tea flavors), was intended to be completed last week. Due to Hurricane Hermine, there was a delay and now production will be expedited. We expect both SLAM products to be ready to ship together in short order.
Mr. Francella added, "We have also signed an agreement with Bomb Spirits, LLC located in Carefree, Arizona to warehouse this initial production run of SLAM products. Ufoods USA brokered this deal and will be working closely with Bomb Spirits, to bring SLAM to market. Bomb Spirits is most notably known for their 'C4 gelatin shot' that is sold throughout the greater Phoenix area. Arizona will prove to be a great test market for SLAM. There is a SLAM release party in development that will be located near Arizona State University. We expect to capture a large audience. There will be other parties and demos planned to showcase SLAM. Those locations will likely be in downtown Scottsdale (where the club scene is vibrant), and Downtown Phoenix."

TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2016) - Today, Limitless Venture Group (OTC PINK: LVGI) announced it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with United Foods, LLC, located in Scottsdale, AZ, to distribute its HempCore Health Products. Joe Francella, CEO, stated, "This is the distributor and agreement we have all been waiting for. We have been working on the terms of this agreement for quite some time and are very excited to see the next phase begin for our HempCore Health products. This distributor is very aggressive and will do an excellent job in promoting and selling our HempCore Health products."
United Foods has purchased ALL the remaining inventory of HempCore Health "Joint Relief " and "Relax", which has been shipped to their Scottsdale, AZ, warehouse where they will begin their marketing campaign. They have also placed an additional order for HempCore Health "Healthy Heart", "Fibered Up", and "Brain Boost" to complete our product line-up. Mr. Francella added, "We have just updated these products to make them the best products on the market for their respective purposes." TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Mar 15, 2016) - Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced it has signed a contract with an independent distillery to produce the initial production run of SLAM Infusination drinks. Joseph Francella, CEO, said, "This is our signature product and we are proud to be able to start production. This facility distills their own alcoholic spirits, a minimum of 5 times, and filters their own water to the highest purity level which allows our SLAM products to be the best tasting pre-mixed drink on the market. We performed our due diligence, traveled to the distillery, and refined our formulas. We were very happy with the final product so we moved forward and signed the contract to manufacture and bottle SLAM."
This distillery already has FIDS approvals and has already filed our specific product flavorings. We are updating our graphics for the labels to show this new bottler and our new formulas. Once the flavorings are approved our COLA's will be filed with TTB. This process generally takes 6-8 weeks, however we do expect it to move quickly through the system. When the COLA's are approved, SLAM production will be immediately scheduled. Our initial production run will be two SLAM flavors. We will be adding other flavors to our next production runs. The funds to complete this initial production run are in the bank. All materials required for this production run have either already been ordered or will be ordered and delivered in time to meet this distiller's production schedule. TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2015) - Limitless Venture Group Inc's. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced it has formally signed the SLAM bottling agreement with Temperance Distilling, through its wholly owned subsidiary Limitless Brands Inc., which supersedes any and all previous agreements.
After Temperance tested the bottle, cap and label for SLAM on its current line to make sure of compatibility, looking over flavor profiles and calculating costs it was decided the SLAM project was a great fit and is moving forward full steam ahead.
One round of flavor testing has been completed and some minor tweaks to a few flavors were suggested. Those changes have been made now and new samples have just arrived for final taste testing. From here Temperance is to apply to the TTB for new FIDS and COLA approvals, which are flavors and labels. This process can take anywhere from 30-60 days. Once approved production is to begin immediately.
The target set of a Spring Break 2015 launch is very attainable.

TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Sep 7, 2016) - Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announces it has produced the first initial production run of SLAM INFUSINATION, RTD (ready-to-drink) drinks.
CEO Joseph Francella said, "This is a day for us all to be proud of. We have production of our flagship product SLAM INFUSINATION RTD DRINKS."
The initial order was for 12,000 units of each product. The first completed production run was Cojak (a blend of alcohol with cola and whiskey flavors). The second run, Haymaker (a blend of alcohol with lemon and tea flavors), was intended to be completed last week. Due to Hurricane Hermine, there was a delay and now production will be expedited. We expect both SLAM products to be ready to ship together in short order.
Mr. Francella added, "We have also signed an agreement with Bomb Spirits, LLC located in Carefree, Arizona to warehouse this initial production run of SLAM products. Ufoods USA brokered this deal and will be working closely with Bomb Spirits, to bring SLAM to market. Bomb Spirits is most notably known for their 'C4 gelatin shot' that is sold throughout the greater Phoenix area. Arizona will prove to be a great test market for SLAM. There is a SLAM release party in development that will be located near Arizona State University. We expect to capture a large audience. There will be other parties and demos planned to showcase SLAM. Those locations will likely be in downtown Scottsdale (where the club scene is vibrant), and Downtown Phoenix."

United Foods has purchased ALL the remaining inventory of HempCore Health "Joint Relief " and "Relax", which has been shipped to their Scottsdale, AZ, warehouse where they will begin their marketing campaign. They have also placed an additional order for HempCore Health "Healthy Heart", "Fibered Up", and "Brain Boost" to complete our product line-up. TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Mar 15, 2016) - Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced it has signed a contract with an independent distillery to produce the initial production run of SLAM Infusination drinks. Joseph Francella, CEO, said, "This is our signature product and we are proud to be able to start production. This facility distills their own alcoholic spirits, a minimum of 5 times, and filters their own water to the highest purity level which allows our SLAM products to be the best tasting pre-mixed drink on the market. We performed our due diligence, traveled to the distillery, and refined our formulas. We were very happy with the final product so we moved forward and signed the contract to manufacture and bottle SLAM."
This distillery already has FIDS approvals and has already filed our specific product flavorings. We are updating our graphics for the labels to show this new bottler and our new formulas. Once the flavorings are approved our COLA's will be filed with TTB. This process generally takes 6-8 weeks, however we do expect it to move quickly through the system. When the COLA's are approved, SLAM production will be immediately scheduled. Our initial production run will be two SLAM flavors. We will be adding other flavors to our next production runs. The funds to complete this initial production run are in the bank. All materials required for this production run have either already been ordered or will be ordered and delivered in time to meet this distiller's production schedule. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced the necessary government approvals for the labels of its SLAM line of alcoholic pre-mixed shots are now OFFICIAL!!! With all flavor and label (COLA) approvals in place, Temperance Distillery in Michigan will now be scheduled to begin production of SLAM.

Limitless Venture Group Inc. Announces Signing of the SLAM Bottling Agreement With Temperance Distilling Out of Michigan
TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2015) - Limitless Venture Group Inc's. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced it has formally signed the SLAM bottling agreement with Temperance Distilling, through its wholly owned subsidiary Limitless Brands Inc., which supersedes any and all previous agreements.
After Temperance tested the bottle, cap and label for SLAM on its current line to make sure of compatibility, looking over flavor profiles and calculating costs it was decided the SLAM project was a great fit and is moving forward full steam ahead.
One round of flavor testing has been completed and some minor tweaks to a few flavors were suggested. Those changes have been made now and new samples have just arrived for final taste testing. From here Temperance is to apply to the TTB for new FIDS and COLA approvals, which are flavors and labels. This process can take anywhere from 30-60 days. Once approved production is to begin immediately.
The target set of a Spring Break 2015 launch is very attainable.
