What is current, stated OS by company? PRs have said they have reduced/retured OS by billions and new financial arrangements for M&A activities are non dilutive. Last SEC filings were 6/15.
Been a lot of empty promises in the past and new mgmt has a suspect record at best. Doesnt mean they cant bring these entities together to make a company that maximizes the value of each to work together.
I started a position at 3 and bought a fair amount of 2. Right now I consider it a short term play until I get more details on M&A but I cant seem to find anything definitive on OS. Thoughts appreciated.
