Bashing...?

Bashing is hammering a stock, mgmt, etc with no facts, unprovoked personal attacks, and doing so to drive the price down for personal gain. A majority on this board fall well within the hypers than those accused of being bashers.

IR has riddled shareholders with inconsistencies since they have come aboard:

>Buy the stock/stock is overvalued
>$0.01PPS target / stock is overpriced
>going to reduce the share structure / OS balloons and is necessary (this was alluded to but never out right said/tweeted by IR as far a I know)
>come to us for information/go to Bill
>we were responsible for the bump in PPS/we have nothing to do with share price
>we arent investor relations (Integrated Revenue)/listed as IR contact on PRs
>AS is fine/should have sold
>MRVB buyback loop has started/buyback hasnt started
>window is closing/sell your shares
Etc

Any long term investor would be an idiot NOT to questions these constat inconsistencies. To ignore them and "trust" that they have our best interest at heart after repeated breaches (missed NWE/PR, grossly missed PPS target, committment on SS, etc) would fit the definition of insanity closer to anyting I have been accused of (repeating same questions).

One person responds that 15K shares were purchased. That is even more laughable than the way I read it. I thought it was 150K. $75 isnt even a drip let alone $7.50. I dont even know how you woukd means test at 150K let alone 15K. Yet this is cheered as a success by some on the board? Still no confirmation either way.

Is the new plan to just stick it to all long term shareholders that "trusted" Bill and ignored the naysayers and real bashers, believed he was reducing OS, believed revenues were going to start in earnest 4Q15, believed biz plan was on track for 2016, believed in reconstruction, etc? IR told those investors they were stupid for buying overpriced shares (which one doesnt buy start up shares based on past financials - that is just asinine- no one would EVER invest if tbey werent factoring in long term reward) and mocked them for their purchase but then put out a $0.01PPS target that thdy refused to provide a basis for attaining or taking responsibility when it was clearly unattainable (outside an irrational run).

So - are we stupid for trusting in Bill and his vision/strategy back then, stupid for buying shares when they said window was closing/FR said its time to buy/PPS be 0.01 by YE, or stupid for not trusting them now when they are pushing new share class and telling existing shareholders to pound sand? If MRVB and buyback loop are legit - why should we sell common shares? If their 4Q predictions were anywhere CLOSE or EIA contracts imminent as routinely alluded to - why would new class be necessary?

I want shareholders and investors TO go directly to Bill and ask for answers to the above. Ask for rational explanation in plain language. Ask for a CC so that all long term investors that have been alienated by IR can ask questions unencumbered by the insults and evasive responses. If I and others who have had thes serious concerns were paid posters/bashers (as the default response asserts instead of providing rational, objective replies)- why would we(I) suggest/urge investors to contact Bill direct? That would be completely counter productive since those that I speak with have only remained BECAUSE of Bill?

There is no rational refutation to these questions or concerns. Just attacks, insults, and innuendo. Again, I would suggest those that feel the same contact Bill with these concerns and ask for a CC to address them with full disclosure.

Finally - to the poster telling me to cowboy up - get a grip. Let me know what you have invested here big guy. I stand by my decisions. When a group specifically and/or intentionally distorts the truth or continues to be grossly inconsistent/negligent in commhnicating with investors - that is not investor blaming others. That is investors standing up for themselves and getting straight answers. IR continues to blame manipulators and bashers, claimed the MRVB would neutralize them, and now is saying new class will be manipulation proof? Why would they bee needex if the MRVB loop was supposed to eliminate the manipulation? Better stick that mirror in front of that group before throwing stones.
