JUST IN: Nearly 2 Million People Attended Obama’s Inauguration, Guess How Many Are Expected For Trump? [DETAILS]

Donald Trump’s inauguration is three weeks away, and it appears that it will not be the “inauguration spectacle” that Trump is promising it to be.
Trump has raised $75 million to spend on lavish festivities, but Trump has been unable to find even ONE A-List celebrity to perform or even attend the festivities. And we know that bothers Trump to no end.
What will also bother Trump is that turn out to the inauguration is not expected to be huge.

According to McClatchy DC, they expect about 800,000 people to attend the inauguration. That is a lot of people. That said, President Obama had almost TWO MILLION people attend his inauguration.
To add insult to injury, an additional 200,000 people are expected to show up in Washington, D.C. to protest Trump’s presidency.

To be sure, Donald Trump has millions of very enthusiastic supporters, yet relatively few of them are wealthy enough to travel to DC and stay overnight. And at this point, there may be a runaway effect from diminishing expectations: as the playbill diminishes, the expected crowd shrinks, which deters celebrities, which suppresses attendance, etc.
