Just waiting on the Financials to hit, which according to the 8K filed on 1 DEC 2016 we will see o/a 31 JAN 2017!
Just doing basic good DD and actually comprehending the SEC filings leads me to believe we will see the SPCL/PixelMags Inc. reverse merger take place in the very near future!

The Company is currently delinquent in its filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and, to date, has been unable to file unaudited financial statements of the Company or its Pixel subsidiary in 2016. The Company’s management in working with outside auditors to audit the financial statements of Pixel for 2014 and 2015 and intends to file Form 10-Q Quarterly Reports for the Company and its Pixel subsidiary as soon as is practicable.
The Reverse Stock Splits are anticipated to occur on or about January 31, 2017; provided that such Reverse Stock Splits shall only become effective on a date which shall be the last to occur of (a) the latest date that a corporate action in respect of the reverse stock splits can be taken following the mailing of a Form 14C Information Statement to the stockholders of Solaris, or (b) approval of such reverse stock splits by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
I would think practicable falls within that timeline since you need the Financials for FINRA RS approval! Solaris Majority has already approved both AS/OS RS's and filed 25 MAY 2016 with the NVSOS, just need FINRA approval now.

The reverse merger process started this year when PixelMags Inc. became a SPCL subsidiary! The process will be complete after both the AS/OS RS, then name / ticker change with new CUSIP. We will then see Pixel shares trading on the NYSE or NASD and PPS will be determined by company valuation divided by new very low OS 18.33M! There most likely will be about a 6 month holding period for SH's part of the reverse merger process and receive new Pixel shares. This will allow the new Pixel shares to settle into the market.
