Are Those Who Don't Reside In America Permitted To Be Investors in Punch TV Studios, Or Is It Only For American Residents?

I am an Australian residing in Australia and am interested in the IPO of $1 per share (if that it still available.) Am I allowed to be such a share holder? (And if so what identification do you require in place of an American Security Number? I have an Australian Tax File Number and Dept of Human Services Pension Concession Card Number.)Thanks.

(On the FAQ's on your site I could not find an answer to my question, then found this board so I thought I would ask it here.)

ALSO: Is there a ticker symbol for Punch TV Studios? And What stock exchange is it listed on? Where can I see what the current stock price per share is?

AND: regarding the Punch TV Studios product, will the internet version of your shows be available to an international audience (eg Australian) ... or is the target audience only American and hence the online version only available to American online audiences?
