Sir. You are clearly a Novice in stocks. Shareholder of record means you must own the stock and be registered on records by Dec 30 to be able to vote. It has nothing to do with a vote deadline but rather a stock ownership deadline. If you buy a stock, any stock, it generally takes 3 days to complete the transaction and be on the record. Again nothing to do with a vote. Your rants are tiresome and useless.
