If you didnt get an email, that means you were not in the first 139 approved registrants. TPAC has only a small number of series C's available. Shareholders requesting must be verified. Shareholders are taken in the order their request thru email is logged.
We have a large number of request that cant be verified, we will be working right up to Christmas eve, to verify and get more packages out.
Starting February 2017 shareholders will need to have themselves validated thru TPAC Bearing New Information system to get information of any type moving forward. GET USE TO IT...
I would highly suggest getting your house in order, with many IR aspects, not receiving immediate verification Does Not mean that you are not on their List's of publications or notices...verification is not automatically sent.....
