I'm always wary about investing in/trading stocks

I'm always wary about investing in/trading stocks that have bloated floats because I don't want to be holding when a company announces a reverse split. I thought we were safe from that here. I had my eye out for dilution, but never did I expect this to happen with this ticker. Boy was I f*cking wrong.

This is just so stupid.
