Harry- I had an issue with Fidelity back in Novemb

Harry- I had an issue with Fidelity back in November, but it wasn't necessarily the 'non reporting' problem. I had hit a ceiling in BLTA shares for whatever reason. I think I posted this situation back in November. Long story short- I spoke with a rep/trader and he had me place a test trade. It worked. Their explanation of non-reporting doesn't make any sense since it seems there's a bunch of us that buy it regularly with Fidelity accounts. I bought on Tues without any issues.
