Earlier on I posted with the new management team in place and working towards resolving past issues, they need to be given the chance to work through the problems faced by the company, and by extension, the shareholders. To hold out this is a scam in the absence of any proof to that conclusion, is not fair. Investing, like following your favorite team,becomes emotional to the point of distraction. Whatever is being said by others on different boards or social media sites amounts to nothing at all in terms of being able to influence overall market value - it may affect short term sentiment but will not have a lasting effect. When you are down dollar wise, it is difficult to sit back and ignore negative postings or sites like the ones you mention. This is going to take time to resolve past issues and to regain momentum so without offering advice, I would sit back and let the chips fall where they will. If the company wishes to take action against the naysayers, so be it. The absence of action also should not imply they are afraid to do so - at times it is best, and I believe this is one of those times, to sit back and let the company do what it is going to do. You always will find detractors, and I was one of those under the past regime who felt far too much time had passed for that old team to be considered viable. With the new management and the Kalitta connections, dwelling on those past issues is not relevant, nor fair. I always find it interesting, in the sports world for example when announcers dwell on the record of a team since for example, 1995 they have never won in this stadium, when it might be applicable if it were the same team, but hardly applies when it is a different team. You have to give them the chance to prove themselves capable of winning.
