Many of us have gone thru R/S before or have been exposed to it and IMHO even if it is for uplisting.......it has a negative impact on common shareholders usually in the weeks after it occurs. In reading the below statement by the CEO and seeing so many comments regarding being the next DGX , etc etc etc, my guess is the plan will be a buy out and only if it makes "cents" (pun) for all shareholders.

We plan to release a series of press releases over the coming weeks and month as an effort to keep our shareholders more up to date on existing operations and plans for the future.”
