LOS ANGELES, Dec. 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vinotemp ® , a recognized leader in the wine storage, technology and goods industry for 30 years, today announced that it has been recognized by the 2017 KBIS Design Bites program. Part of the 2017 National Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) , Design Bites is a speed dating-style program for brands, attendees and media celebrating exhibiting brands that are driving innovation within the kitchen and bath industry.
One of just 14 brands selected to participate in the second annual Design Bites program, Vinotemp’s recognition among the elite group is the result of its innovative wine storage solutions, particularly, its industry first 7-Bottle Mirrored Wine Cooler . “With so many incredible applications, selecting our 2017 Design Bites group was no easy task,” states Brian Pagel, VP Kitchen and Bath Group, Emerald Expositions. “After viewing the submissions it’s clear that 2017 will be an exciting year for our industry and community.”
Inspired by space-saving European design, Vinotemp’s unique 7-Bottle Mirrored Wine Cooler features standard industry height and depth, but is just 5.8” wide. The cooler’s minimal footprint is complemented by a front venting system, making it an easy-to-specify, built-in kitchen wine storage solution that’s perfect for entertaining. The cooler also features Vinotemp’s patented mirrored trim design – a refreshing alternative to stainless steel – along with a compact cooling system. Specifically designed for the petite cooler, the cooling system features an adjustable 32 degree Fahrenheit temperature range (40-72°F) to properly store either white or red wines.
“I travel the world researching appliances to ensure Vinotemp continues to deliver wine storage options that are on trend; and my travels are what inspired us to design the slim, smart Vinotemp 7-Bottle Mirrored Wine Cooler,” states CEO of Vinotemp, India Hynes. “It’s an absolute honor to be recognized by Design Bites for our continued design efforts, and we look forward to presenting alongside other design driven brands that, like Vinotemp, drive innovation in the kitchen and bath industry.”
Design Bites will take place on the NKBA Presents KBISNeXT™ Stage located in the South Hall of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Host Kevin O’Connor of This Old House will kick off Design Bites with “kitchen day” on January 10 – showcasing the newest kitchen innovations including Vinotemp and its 7-Bottle Mirrored Wine Cooler. And, on January 11, Jeff Devlin of HGTV and DIY Network will host brands highlighted for their latest bath innovations.
