We don't lose our collective voting power. They specifically state that common shares will have 1 vote per share. Preferred have not been defined because they aren't issued. But they will have voting power as well, however, they may be many multiples higher than 1 vote for 1 share. We've asked the company to give specific powers that they want these shares to have in the final proxy.
