Giuliani: US Won't Face Fact Terrorists Are 'At Wa

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said there have been more radical Islamic terror attacks between last year's San Bernardino attack and yesterday's Berlin attack since anytime after 9/11.
"We haven't faced up to the fact [the terrorists] are at war against us."
If the West does not declare themselves to be at war, but ISIS has declared war on us, then the terrorists are winning, he said.
He said German Chancellor Angela Merkel should not have let in large numbers of refugees "from a part of the world... that is a hotbed of terrorism."
When it comes to vetting refugees, Giuliani said the burden is on the refugee, not the accepting country to prove they are not a threat to the Republic.
"I wish Trump were in the White House right now," he said, expecting that Trump would immediately take actions against terrorism that President Obama has not.
