INTENTION TO LIST AND COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Directors of Cleantech Building Materials PLC (the "Company") announce that the Company intends to list its shares on Nasdaq First North, Copenhagen.
In connection with this listing the Company has prepared a Company Description, which has been approved by Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S. A copy of the Company Description accompanies this release and it may also be downloaded from the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.cbm-plc.com
The Company anticipates that its shares will be admitted to listing on Nasdaq First North, Copenhagen ("Admission") and that the first day of trading in the Company's shares on Nasdaq First North, Copenhagen will be 23 December 2016.
The Company notes that trading in its shares must currently be settled through the CREST system. The Company is in the process of engaging VP Securities A/S in order to make shares available for settlement in the VP system, the Danish central securities depository. A further release to the market will be made when settlement through the VP system is available.
Following Admission, Cleantech Building Materials PLC will be the parent company for the Group, and through its subsidiary Diamond Wood China Limited, will hold an exclusive licence to manufacture and distribute Accoya ® Wood in the Far East Region. The Group's business will be the exclusive import and distribution of Accoya ® Wood in China and the ASEAN markets. Additionally, the Group intends to both expand its distribution business, and enable direct sales to large wood manufacturers in China through the construction of its own Accoya ® Wood factory.
