I'll wait for the investigations before concluding anything about relative 'smarts'.
It's really still the same GOP that lost badly, bigly, to Obama twice.
And an 80K vote margin, among three decisive States, is also not confirmation of an IQ gap in favor of the Reince run RNC that lost to Obama.
