The link provides more information wrt pros/cons than has thus far been discussed. That information is needed to inform and prepare.
You rush to judgement. Yes, w/no more information than we currently have; I would vote No.
However, we know the company is going to update that information and we don't know exactly what the terms are.
There may be some common ground where all parties are protected and satisfied.
Questions are part of the thought process. If we don't think about anything which may make us uncomfortable. We're apt to get blindsided in a relationship or anything else.
Did you notice the DBC? It seemed to be an agenda designed for resolution and protection for all parties via negotiation.

In order to negotiate in a reasonable fashion, we need to be as informed and aware as possible.......and ask questions which may make us uncomfortable.
We'll be better prepared with knowledge as to what is or is not acceptable to us when the blanks are filled in.
Here's a question to consider: Why would any w/more knowledge not help educate and explain the pros/cons w/links so others could make more informed decisions?
Honestly, there could be any number of reasons. It doesn't matter to me, as I'll keep trudging along, but I did learn this yrs back: People usually make more by knowing more than others.
