Bones I've seen kcg financials . It is quite easy to find . They happen to heave an unbalanced balance sheet with an extraordinary amount of money in the stocks sold but not yet purchased column.
The tide is turning on the real fraudsters. Another class action against the biggie just filed for blatant NSS .
NSS is what helped kill teco . There were operatives in Belize watching and sabotaging every move made.
Sure teco made their fair share of mistakes, I do not dispute that.
But the constant drumbeat of failure , fraud , tortuous interference with contractors on many levels all helped to contribute to enormous profits by certain entities closely associated with treaty.
The SEC love letter ( in preparation for actual tort action) is a prerequisite of what is going to occur here .
The actions taken to decimate the stock through NSS manipulation are egregious and will not go unheeded.
The NSS story is finally coming to light after many years of denial of its existence.
Get ready, this company is not going down without a strong effort to right the total injustice construed by a few for massive personal gain.
