DK, but imagine the power for Preferred to evolve into Series could be put into the Articles of Incorporation at the same time as the power/limit of Preferred is entered in.
.....more I look, the more I think about the common sh. It may be good for QMC and the entity w/Preferred.
LOL, I'm digging In. I think QMC has a chance to knock the ball out the park......but we may need to have a 1 or 2 BOD's on our side.
