not sure why it dropped. If one ADR represented 30 shares and on 12/28 one ADR will represent 100 shares. It's a good thing if you hold ADRs but not if you hold shares in Australia. in essence I see this as 3.31 forward split for existing shareholders. unless I'm missing something

The company received notification from Nasdaq in August that it was non-compliant with the rule requiring a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
"The company anticipates that after the ratio change, the price of its ADSs will increase proportionally and meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, " Prima Biomed said, noting "there can be no assurance that such an increase will occur."
