21 February*: 2016 Annual Report 24 March: Deadline for receipt of resolutions for the Annual General Meeting 21 April: Annual General Meeting 17 May: Interim Report, Q1 17 August: Interim Report, Q2 15 November: Interim Report, Q3
* The date is changed from 1 March due to the expected closing in Q1 2017 of NKT Cables’ acquisition of ABB HV Cables and the subsequent planned split of NKT Holding.
Subject to closing of the above mentioned deal, NKT expects to host a Capital Markets Day in Copenhagen mid-March 2017. Furthermore, a separate 2017 financial calendar for Nilfisk will be published at that time.
