I spent 7 hours on Pocket Games today trying to find a correlation to SPCL (and DD on Pocket Games). Other than that one page, nothing... I even went thru all of pocket games' 8-Ks and everything else I could find. Nothing. I was hoping to find an "exhibit B" in pocket games' filings (which was the title of the page in question) to give some kind of credence to my "inserted by mistake" hypothesis. It seems that the same lawyers prepared both which would make sense seeing that both were Vert. For now I'm going to stick with my "mistake" theory. Font was a little off....

But back to the pocket games paperwork...did anyone go through all of that? Crazy stuff. Vert boys have an entity for everything. Cruise liners? What's up with that? Marlboro Brothers out of Beverly Hills? My head started hurting...info overload.
