I hear you and appreciate your input. We need the conversation to help any with questions or doubt now, before the actual proxy.
The more knowledgeable people are of the pro/con of the proxy.
The more apt they are to make a wise choice.

The most salient points we pretty much agree with, (Preferred details and AS possibly following RS).


I hope any w/questions or concerns join in. I don't care if we cover it a 100X if that's what it takes for everyone to feel comfortable.

......let me try to help put in perspective the way our brains work in different ways: My oldest brother and I played a computer game of puzzles that had to be figured out before moving to the nx level.

There was a gate to be opened w/water weights. I looked at the water in containers, balanced it in my mind and was done in a few seconds.
My brother noticed the details, (as to how much was actually in the containers and solved the puzzle w/math)
We each solved it, but used totally different means.

I would say math and paying attention to details would be apt to be the most accurate.
That said; I have seen a person w/good gut instinct outperform
those around him that knew more.

Different mindsets may be a little onerous to deal w/time to time, but I think everyone can bring something to the table.
