+1 on this Adirnodackhi. In any case there is always a way to skin this cat as long as current conditions in legal and medical states (28 and more to come) remain status quo, which in my humble opinion will likely be the case.
Under these conditions, RMHB products can be infused, bottled and distributed by companies operating legally under state law and ignored more or less by the feds. Distribution much like the way Coca Cola and Beer used to be. Even broken down by territories within states. They just can't profit directly via royalty or revenue sharing to avoid 280E implications. Again, there are relatively easy ways to handle this minor hurdle as well. Now I'm getting proprietary.
In any case this is more than likely a long way off, but the revenue and margin involved would make you all very happy.
...or maybe not so far off, if Jerry and the gang want to do it, I'll be the first with my hand up.
