Nailed it bro. All you have to do is look at some successful company's right now with a huge amount of O/S, and surprise, their share price isn't where it could be. I used to wonder why a company like Tesla's share price is already in the $200's. A big part of the reason is there are only 161M Shares outstanding. We have over 9B. Having a low O/S count will benefit us greatly in our growing stages, plus get us on the NASDAQ, and have an attractive looking share price. We need to get off the pinks when we are growing, it is crucial for our long-term, future growth.
