At this point in time, we have no details how this effects us, if at all.
I'm of the opinion based on my observations to date, the BOD are looking out not to harm shareholders, WHICH INCLUDES THEMSELVES.
They and only they, no the direction being taken. When all the details are cast in stone, the truth will be shared...it has to be, it's a material event by SEC law...an 8-K must be filed.
There remains much work to do, and as we have seen, 3 PR's since Tony assumed the helm. Total transparency, unlike in the past, and it's obvious to this shareholder, he will continue to keep us in the loop.
I personally feel we are in good hands with this new team, which keeps growing at a rapid pace.
I hope others here chime in, in reply to your post.
