Talked to the investor relations guy, he's got a lot of calls about this stock and never got paid from Pocket Games. Very friendly guy and he was happy to answer some questions, I'll tell you what he told me.
The company has gone dark. David Lovatt (CEO) has not been taking calls. Viximo has closed up too. (Yes that means that turtle is not wrong) PKGM stock woke up because of the SPCL 8K filing(obviously). Pocket games has Viximo IP and other IP from their acquisitions. Something most likely will happen due to being in the SPCL 8K. Shell companies like SPCL are not cheap to get and pocket games cant just stick their name on someone else's 8K for a pump and dump without serious legal repercussions.
So my (tintstuff) thoughts are something is going to happen. Vert has an 8K share agreement with Pocket Games/Viximo so they don't wanna just waste 3.5 million on that acquisition. Pocket games is listed in the SPCL 8K. Shell companies are not cheap and pocket games has IP that would probably be of value to pixel mags. So if the SPCL reverse merger plays out than good things should happen here. It's definitely a risky situation.
