$REDG Major overhaul going on in preparation for the relaunch of Zwag box. As AJ posted - the website has been completely redone. Markiplier (youtube star with over 15 million subscribers) is prominent again, but there is a clear and easy way to order his posters as well as the boxes.
I want to point out from the very start of the Zwag box launch it was communicated by the company the issues with getting their shipping service to link properly with the cratejoy system - which is what Zwag box original launch using their back bone platform.
Zwag box is now completely set up using Shopify and appears to much more streamlined in comparison for ordering. This should also alleviate the mess created with how the orders were being seen and executed by their shipping service - Medallion Enterprises. In short there were quite a few big issues due to including shirts in every box which meant getting the sizes right for each order. Previous communication with the company stated that it was a major issue streamlining with their shipping service - getting cratejoy and their service to work cohesively.
Next point was the volume. They were not ready for the onslaught of Markiplier fans which compounded the issue. Of course we can say they should have been ready and there shouldn't be any excuses. But, after reading how Nerd Block (a Canadian based subscription service with over 20 million/yr in revenue) started, they stated in interviews the beginning had some major issues and they had to learn the hard way, but they learned some valuable lessons and now have a mega company with massive profits (without using youtube stars).
My last point is simply this. Yes I wish we have more communication, but a message shared by the management team stated - taken from my facebook messager:
"We should be up before the the Holiday. The issues should be fixed for the next boxes as well. We need to deliver and promising has no validity at this point. We really appreciate the support."
