Would like to share with you all one of my Favorite Recipe.....
CREAM CHEESE CAKE:
*** first prepare the crust ***
*-1 1/2 cup Graham Crumbs
*-3 tablespoon sugar mix well together
*-3 tablespoon butter mix well together to the above
Put this mixture into a 9 inch spring form pan and press firmly onto bottom of pan.
Freeze for 2 hour minimum .

*-2 -Philadelphia Cream Cheese 250 g. each ( 500 g. all together)
*-1 -500 ml.Container Sour Cream “ Normal 14% MG” (I use Beatrice))
*-1 -cup of sugar
*-6- whole eggs (If Big eggs only 5)
*- a little vanilla
*-Mix the Cream cheese and add the eggs 1 at the time
*-Add sugar and vanilla
*-Mix well for few minutes
*Using a wood spoon or a spatula, add the Sour Cream and manually mix well together.
*-Cook in a 350 F. preheated oven for 50 minutes.
*-Turn the heath off and let the cake stand in the oven for another 30 minutes.
*-After that time take the cake out and let it cool (few hours)
* -After is well cool take out from the mold and put in the fridge for overnight.
* -The day after put on top of the cake strawberry or any other fruits as you like.
*-Then finish with the DR. OETKER glaze “RED or CLEAR” over the fruits.
***Very light cake and very good.
